Well, scooped again! I thought I would name the "Omega Generation" but it

Was already done. I am just too slow. Anyway, I read a bit about the criteria and I think I agree. Those who do not remember what it was like before 9/11 are Generation Omega according to some. They will, in one way or another, be a last generation. Interesting but depressing concept. What are your thoughts? I am usually hopeful about the future but today I think that we might have "screwed the pooch". Oh, well. Interesting times.

The Italians of today are descendants of their forefathers who lived in the Roman Empire. Ancient Egyptians didn’t have a last generation, nor did the the Greek Empire. And neither will we.

And in many ways the falling apart of the big Empires made life a lot easier for regular citizens and allowed other countries to flourish.
