Hearing’s over.

The 2nd Circuit panel seemed quite inclined, without ruling, to unseal much of the record.

“You can’t possibly be serious,” Judge Cabranes told an attorney for Maxwell, who wanted the entire record to remain sealed.

Doesn't anyone care about how embarrassing this whole episode could be to some wealthy well-connected white men? Oh sure, some women and girls were scarred for life and blah, blah, blah. But this could really hurt Jeffrey Epstein (who, it should be hastily pointed out, Has Suffered Enough) and put a crimp in the careers of Alan Dershowitz, and Alexander Acosta. /s
