Is Romney Legally Untouchable?

Many folks saying that he's done illegal things with his taxes.

What do you think the odds are that they'll ever be an investigation? Will he get a professional courtesy pass like Bush, Cheney, and the rest of the torture-boys got?

but I'd guess there are firewalls galore to prevent IRS employees from taking a hard look after a person just because the person is in the news
