PITTSBURGH - It was a building that RDC Inc. and its partner Orangestar Properties began building without a signed tenant only to land one of the world's biggest tech companies as the sole tenant before it was completed.

...since I lived in Pittsgburgh 25 years ago. Back in the day it consisted primarily of the Metropol club, Primanti Brothers, the fish market, and a record store, along with a few bars, and dozens of warehouses and businesses with loading docks.
Now here comes the monstrosity which is Fakebook...
