How much time he will actually serve remains to be seen. Few white collar felons serve their entire sentence, really.

And then there's the chance he might get a pardon from Donwald.

If he doesn't get a pardon, he'll probably get years shaved off for good behavior once he's actually in there.

I'm guessing he'll actually serve about three years. He won't enjoy his time, though. I doubt he has the inner resources needed to make prison time pass productively. He already looks like it's taking a toll on him, physically and emotionally. I have little concern about that, though. He's a crook and probably a traitor to our country, really.

I have no good will to wish him.

Trump could also commute his sentence to time served, assuming he doesn't just pardon him outright. What Trump decides to do may make all the difference, really.

I hope he has to serve his time. He has earned that with his criminal behavior. I'm just not confident that he will spend that much time in prison, really.

We'll see.

he can only get 13.5 months off for good behaviour plus released 6 months early to a half way house he's done 9 months so plus the max off he could be out after another 72.5 months

Count 1 - 60 months, 30 concurrent with the 47 months he's already got.
Count 2 - 13 months consecutive to count 1.

So he got 73 months, 30 of which are concurrent to his 47 month sentence.

73-30 = 43 +47 = 90 months total.

Less 9 months for time served.

No problem with that; he'll be nearly 77 when he gets out. He might also face prosecution by some state courts. A total of 7-1/2 years is a longer than normal sentence for white-collar crimes according to some of the TV talking heads. The judge wasn't allowed to correct for the unusually light sentence Ellis gave him.
