Remember all those redactions in the various filings from Mueller?

Just because they only charged Paulie with the tax fraud and FARA problems, doesn't mean they can't charge him with something else down the line, IMHO.

For Mueller to have charged Manafort with the election tampering issues that early in the process would have tipped his hand.

I guess we shall see. Hopefully sooner than later. Mueller's team is funded to the Fall though.

What statute do any of you imagine there is on the books stating 'you can't give polling data to Russian people'?

Or even 'Foreign Governments'?

Really doubt there's any such law.

It's more likely a piece of evidence in larger case rather than a crime itself.
