My TV remote control lets me change the channel and/or turn the TV off, when something disgusting appears. There is nothing that I can do to make the hate-mongers see the light. But I can focus and work to elect decent people with moral integrity to elected office. That's just what I'm doing. As to hate radio, write to the sponsors and tell them that you won't buy their products and services.

This is an emergency to save the planet and humanity. No, I am not exaggerating. Rage has it’s place. Any media sponsoring hate filled bigots for a few more dollars are a threat to us all and complicit.

Rage is what activates people to violence in the first place. Calm down does not mean being a wimp and doing nothing. Calm down means exerting some discipline and control over your angry, mindless emotional first impulses. Calm down means to think logically and clearly about how best to deal with unpleasant and even scarey situations. We make much better decisions with better probabilities for good outcomes, when we calm down and think clearly.

I have survived an earthquake, 2 hurricanes, and a tornado that destroyed my house and 2 barns in the dark of night by remaining calm and thinking clearly about dealing with the situation.
