1. Depends on whether the cooperation is for OSC cases or those that have been spun off

to other prosecutors. I think Mueller is winding things up with respect to the Russia election interference investigation (but what "winding up" means and how long it will really take is still unknown), but there's clearly a lot more going on in SDNY, the Manhattan DA's office, and maybe some other jurisdictions - which, of course, Trump can't interfere with.

Despite a drumbeat of media Mueller report imminences, Mueller seems to keep on going.

Keep in mind, one of their key points was that they saw someone from the Mueller team carrying boxes out of his office. That's their big proof. For all they know it was take out Chinese or he was bringing boxes back to storage because they went through everything in them.
