Samuel L. Jackson doesnt care if supporters of President Trump no longer see his movies.
During an interview with Esquire published this week, the veteran actor trashed the president, referring to him with some unflattering expletives.
This motherf--ker is like ruining the planet and all kinds of other crazy s--t, the 70-year-old actor said. And the people think thats OK. Its not f--king OK. And if youre not saying anything, then youre complicit.
When asked if he was worried about antagonizing Trump voters, the "Avengers" star dismissed concerns: I know how many motherf--kers hate me. Im never going to see a Sam Jackson movie again. F--k I care? If you never went to another movie I did in my life, Im not going to lose any money. I already cashed that check. F--k you. Burn up my videotapes. I dont give a f--k.

(63,221 posts)I haven't really seen any of his films and he hasn't been on my radar, but I think I will go add some Samuel Jackson films to my Amazon Prime movie queue.

(20,998 posts)...it is soooooooo bad, it's almost cult status. If you imbibe in any shape, form or fashion, by all means, do so.

(20,188 posts)Even the special effects were just good enough, but nothing outstanding. They were making a cheesy horror flick and they succeeded. There was even a quicky knockoff called " Snakes on a Train"!
They kept the budget down and doubled their money. That's show business baby!

(9,729 posts)Samuel Jackson is a national treasure. He even starred as Jedi Master Mace Windu in the three "Star Wars" prequels. He's the one with the violet lightsaber.

(86,610 posts)over the years. It has some nasty violence in it but over all it's quite a milestone. Even my mom, then in her late seventies or early eighties, said she liked it! And I never thought she would watch a movie of that type. It was also a good role for John Travolta.

(1,996 posts)I was going to list that one as well. Definitely one of his best movies. I'm also very happy how Mr. Jackson never minces words, he cuts to the chase and nails it every time!

(9,705 posts)where Al played the cop and notices were sent to those with outstanding warrants but thought it was a football thing. Anyway, Al was so impressed with Samuel L. he helped get him another role and the rest is history. Hope I got that right, loved that movie too and can't remember the name right now.

(2,227 posts)Great movie, and his is a great character.
Geena Davis is sort of a female Bourne character, before Jason Bourne.
Plus it is one of my favorite "xmas" movies. (I am a card carrying warrior member of the big War On ******mas, and always take you-know-who out of *mas)

(54,378 posts)He is 70, has made his money, and doesn't give a rat's ass if some Trumpanzees are now going to boycott him for the "rest" of his career. That would be like some diehard British monarchists threatening to boycott Mount Vernon or Monticello. Washington and Jefferson aren't going to be bothered much at this point.
