Trump would still be entitled to due process and a presumption of innocence, remaining in office until that process is concluded.

2. I'm definitely more interested in indictment than impeachment.

For starters, impeachment will fail unless Don decides to create a story about a satanic cult among Senate Republicans that involves marinating babies (Qanon in reverse, I guess). I wish Mueller or SDNY would issue an indictment so we could get a definitive ruling on that stupid rule created in the Justice Dept. in the 1970's. No person is above the law.
