Will he play his cards, fold them or walk away? It's time for the showdown at the DC coral.
For the past few weeks, Mr. tRump appears less stressed and more confident that he is going to walk away without any consequences.
I accepted this as a possible outcome months ago. If the justice system fails to perform its' constitutional and legal duties, the Senate becomes a willing co-conspirator and US elections are threatened by foreign powers , we are on the precipice.

(50,322 posts)indictments. As far as I know, Don, Jr. was never interviewed and you'd think that would be an indicator he was a target. Who the hell knows? In any case, somewhere along the line - for one of the crimes under investigation - the "no indictment of POTUS" rule needs to be challenged in court.

Sadly, some folks have been snookered by the likes of Louise Mensch and Claude Taylor and the Palmer Report and a host of other supposed experts claiming to have inside information or to know otherwise what Mueller would conclude and what action he would take.
