Publishers release that info as early as possible so bookstores and online retailers can place orders. The WaPo and the Skyhorse/Dershowitz versions have been listed for weeks (with fluid pub dates), even before there was any certainty that it would be released to the public. The NY Times not made any indication that they are publishing a print version.

I suppose it is conceivable they could do a surprise edition but given the snail's pace of publishing print books, this is highly unlikely.
