Yes, Russia did interfere in our election process in 2016, with the intent of helping Donald Trump win the Presidency.
Although there was a lot of circumstantial evidence of campaign collusion with the Russians, there was no "direct" evidence that Donald Trump intended to collude with the Russians. That is an open question at this time.
Also, there were numerous examples of obstruction of justice, beginning with the firing of James Comey, the FBI Director. There were several attempts to influence the people in charge of the investigation. There was an effort made to fire the Special Counsel.
There was a concerted effort to destroy the rule of law and to tear down the investigation as a "hoax" or a "witch hunt".
There were numerous efforts to deceive the American people about meetings with Russian officials, most specifically, in regards to the Trump Tower meeting and the negotiations for the construction of a Trump Tower in Moscow.
