Although I have a hard time believing he has no idea. If nothing else, he and his advisors have probably gotten whiffs of things over these past few years. But the sheer fact that he is silent indicates one thing: that he is terrified. He knows he's done wrong, and he's waiting with baited breath to find out just what damage control he needs to do. If this report truly exonerated him, and if he really believed he was innocent, he'd be all over Twitter by now.
