Hmm... Premature and Trump sort of go together, don't they?

Review all of that and then write a summary report in a couple of days?
Barr had only been confirmed February 14th. It would be an enormous task to do in a month and ten days - to not just acquaint oneself with the report and the evidence but to get questions answered, research the law, deliberate the findings, bounce things off others like the OLC and then write the summary.
The timing is absurdly fishy as is usurping passing it to congress by making a partisan declaration on obstruction of justice.
