During a discussion about Mueller’s still-unreleased report about Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, Marshall fumed that this Republican Party did close to nothing during the two years it held total power in the federal government, and he blamed the Russia investigation for his own party’s inaction.

“It’s very frustrating that we have frozen America over a false narrative for two years, when we could have solved health care, built a wall,” he said. “There are so many things we could have done!”

Camerota did not buy Marshall’s excuse, however, and quickly called him out for it.

“Hold on a second,” she interjected. “You think that, because of the Mueller report, that’s why the wall hasn’t been built, that’s why health care hasn’t been solved?”

“I think it is a great deal of it!” he replied. “This single issue takes up all the oxygen in D.C.! I have never been to a place that couldn’t do two or three things at one time!”........................................

He's saying Republicans can't do more than one thing at a time. There's stuff on TV! We can't possibly write or pass any legislation while there's stuff on TV!
