... to screw up an investigation.

That's what happened during the Scooter Libby investigation; the Cheney said to the SC "screw you, I'm not testifying" and the KGOP congress said they're not going to make him pay in regards to obstruction.

FF to today; Red Don and the Kremlin KKKlan do the same to Mueller and I'm thinking they expect something similar to happen with the dem congress

I'm praying that doesn't happen, if it does then ... we elect kings for 8 years

.....was something Cheney was really keen on. It's King-ship basically.

And guess what? The concept was developed in the Federalist Society---which selected Kavanaugh. Who, no surprise, is also a big fan of the Unitary Executive.

Scary.

“Yeah, old Barr, sitting in his office redacting” or something very similar.

Ageist. His age is totally irrelevant. Mueller would not have left the task of redacting to anyone of any age. No need for Rachel to toss in a careless insult to older people.

As an Attorney General who believes that the President cannot commit obstruction of justice, he automatically stands in contempt of the other co-equal branches of government. So maybe he shouldn't be Attorney General.

they must have actually thought the Barr fake report would be enough to solidify the public behind drumpf and the dems would back off. thanks to our brave leaders, they are weathering that storm and all the threats from drumpf, graham and nunes to prosecute "those responsible".

as i've said on here before threatening to arrest democrats just went too far. the GOP sould have considered themselves lucky that they got away with murder and moved on, but nothing is EVERenough for them. give them an inch and they take a mile. Truly deplorable, awful, irredeemable people.

to find out the status of counterintelligence on this ... which Schiff describes as the most significant counterintelligence investigation of his lifetime.

So why does the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee have to ask around to find out? Shouldn't the intelligence folks be right on top of it and briefing him as a matter of procedure?

I've heard Schiff talk like that a few times. It's kind of wild that he's in that circumstance after so many weeks/months on the job.
