Legally, Barr doesn't have to do anything. But, in the national interest, he is morally compelled to turn over the entire, unredacted Report to the House Judicial Committee and the House Intelligence Committee.

If he does so, Barr becomes an instant patriot. And he loses nothing. However, if he refuses to present the Report, whole and entire, he will be correctly identified as petty, partisan and sycophantic toward Trump, and he will seriously damage the independence of the Department of Justice.

balls up in the air to change the news cycle. Since report announced, close the border threats, rid us of ACA, Biden slur.

Is getting the full report off the front page? Yes. If it was good, he wouldn't be tricking us.
