Wunderground Is Now Showing Hurricane Isaac to be a Category 1 on Monday

And category 2 on Tuesday. It was originally on track to be a tropical storm. It has now been upgraded.

Residents of Florida and Gulf states be prepared and stay safe.

That it's a perfectly normal exchange of winds and heating factors...

It's so much fun to watch the fundies back-peddle.

I hope people stay safe. And I hope it screws with the GOP. But vibes for all, Cuba, Haiti, Florida, and on up into the States.

If that water is warmer than normal then the storm can really grow in power .....
Katrina was a Cat 1 or 2 after it passed over Florida but because the Gulf of
Mexico was so warm it grew to category 5 by the time it made landfall in
Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana.

The mayor Tampa might have to postpone the RNC for a few days because the
last thing he needs is 25,000 extra people in town if the storm hits w/ hurricane
force.

Best wishes to all in the storm's path and that they stay safe.

So if it doesn't lose some strength when it goes over Cuba and Haiti things could be intense.

but I might be wrong ...... thanx for the info

I can't tell but it looks like the worst will hit the Florida panhandle area ..... but
all of that is speculation ..... although they have gotten much better @ predicting
a hurricanes' path .... all that science, satellite, and computer modeling stuff.
