were to refuse to accept the loss and step aside, would it not fall to the SS to physically evict him on behalf of the new POTUS? As with DOJ and the IRS, is he about to install a "friend" at the head of the SS in furtherance of completing the coup?

Day 17- Former President Trump still locked in bathroom
Ok so he probably won't last more than 7 hours but the media circus would be epic

(16,646 posts)If he fails to follow them, he's fired. Next guy takes over. They can try a physical "siege" of the White House but it wouldn't last long.

(146,325 posts)Any number of law enforcement agencies could remove him. Once a new President is sworn in, he can immediately replace the Secret Service chief, or enlist the aid of the FBI or U.S. Marshal's service to assist him in moving into the White House.
If the previous occupant does not wish to leave, he will be shown the door unceremoniously, and probably be arrested and charged.
So, Trump will not try that move. It would not work. Period. So, he will not do it. Instead, he will head for his New Jersey golf resort or Trump Tower in NYC.
More concerning is what he might try to do while still President. That is my worry, not what happens when he loses the election, assuming he runs at all.
