Large Red Cross convoy spotted on I-4. (Isaac)

A musician friend heading to an Orlando gig earlier reported the convoy headed west, towards Tampa. I suspect most of them will head north on I-75, to be ready up in Big Bend area north of Cedar Key. That area floods easily, and is looking pretty vulnerable at Isaac's current forecast. Looks like Tampa is just going to get a dusting... but Charley showed these storms can make an unpredicted change of course rather suddenly.
