Why would Donald Trump be compliant to any Judicial decision?

After all he seems comfortable ignoring Congress, do not get money to build your wall do it anyway, get a Congressional subpoena ignore it. When a court decision goes against Trump why would he comply? Who is really going to make him do anything obviously the Department of Justice is no more?

I had not thought in these terms until last night in a discussion with a friend. What makes anyone think Trump is going to do anything anyone tells him to do?

1. Good chance he won't obey a court order, but

a court can issue an order to the AG or other government official and fine or jail them if they refuse to carry it out.

This is how it happens in today's world. Democratic norms are shredded without firing a shot.

If all anti-authoritarian forces, from the moderate right to the far left, stick together in 2020, we will get a reprieve. Then we need a new set of norms.

"What are you going to do? All the law enforcement agents work for me!"

He must be impeached.

As I seem to remember even when he won an election by way of Electoral College he was willing to dispute votes. Rule of law is broken with Donald Trump.

6. If he loses the election, there may not be much tolerance for him to dispute the vote.

A decisive victory will be difficult for him to dispute..

7. I think the drum beats are going to get louder for impeachment because of their non cooperation.

Now the House is making every effort to work with the Executive branch. They are 'negotiating' sending their letters and following procedure which is very important. But like I said I think the drums will grow louder because the truth must get out and then we'll have to let the chips fall.

They want to neuter Congress? Congress can't wait around for years for lawsuits. Arresting people just ain't a great look. Therefore IMPEACHMENT hearings...and hand the evidence OVA.

...it's that simple. He, and they, simply don't regard "liberals" as having any legitimacy. Let us hope that we learn a lesson from that fact...
