Trump was never a real estate developer, he was a loophole developer.

Borrow money anyway you can (sucker people). Buy property, run it into the ground, find every tax, real estate, financial loophole you can find and write it off. Repeat over and over again.

The loopholes were not good enough for Trump so he started doing illegal things.

it was about this time in the 90s that suddenly he had Russians spending inflated amounts on his condos and his estate in Florida and his golf courses.

Laundering money for Russian oligarchs, Saudi sheiks, Emeratis, Chinese, and God knows who else. Racketeering is his idea of a successful businessman.

A forgotten condition in a law, agreement, etc. that allows one to interpret and, in conclusion, get around other condition(s).

Is the law, agreement, etc. just plain written poorly? Are those who draft the laws, agreements, etc. just interns on acid in some college class, or highly educated professionals?

I understand that not every potential question can be anticipated, but IMHO, they’re doing a piss poor job of writing legislation if it’s so easy to circumnavigate it’s “intent.” Any so called lawyer with a modicum of ability should be able to examine the issue in its totality and have the moxy to write a clear and concise definition with caveats covered.

Both parties are guilty. Why? Because it’s all just a game.
