He has to go instant over the top. Can't waste any time-uses his freaking ARM to batter the window till it breaks. The pulls the passenger over the broken glass to get him out.


No negotiation at all-a simple tool will safely shatter the window if it is actually necessary. And after the window is "open" he could just unlock the door instead of dragging the guy out.

Lucky safety glass goes to small pieces instantly. But they are still razor sharp.


I say drug test all Police officers with a emphasis on Rhoids. And mandatory cannabis use for those on the rhoids. Hell mandatory weed for all cops.
