Stephen Millers New Policy Would Make Thousands of US Citizen Children Homeless Over One Parents Immigration Status

"HUD expects that fear of the family being separated would lead to prompt evacuation by most mixed households."
White House Senior Advisor to the President and prominent white nationalist Stephen Miller is pushing a new federal rule that would evict an estimated 55,000 legal U.S. residents or U.S. citizens who are children, over the immigration status of just one of their parents.
The children are living in federally-subsidized public housing. Miller wants Secretary Ben Carson's Dept. of Housing and Urban Development to evict families who have even just one undocumented immigrant living with them.
The Washington Post reports "the agencys analysis of the rules regulatory impact concluded that half of current residents living in households potentially facing eviction and homelessness are children who are legally qualified for aid."
Supporting the eviction of children, Secretary Carson said it would "make certain our scarce public resources help those who are legally entitled to it."
Miller's new rule, the Post adds, "would require every household member be of 'eligible immigration status.'" ..............................................

(58,785 posts)an international expert on growing extremist threats in nations. We have the mean people, including many millions who insist on not believing that's what they're supporting.
As long as they refuse to believe, they can insist it's not happening, so of course they're not part of it.
A RW tyranny our house Democrats are currently battling to stop would probably take the form of a faux democracy with pretend elections. But would that front for a fascist state where the government insisted the people serve the state for the good of all, or for a more typical RW central government, like the Russian type where people can live or died as they can manage as long as they don't cross the authorities or object to the oligarchs ravaging it?
Both kinds find turning anger against target minorities very useful for maintaining power. Very time-honored technique.

Fuck you Stephen Miller. Hopefully an errant hatchet will find it's way into the ample acreage that is your forehead, you fucking Nazi Douchebag.
FWIW, a friend of mine made a photoshop of that very image, but the last time I posted it someone clutched their pearls too tight and it got hidden.
