Graham told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that he would advise the presidents son not to testify again to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
If I were Donald Trump Jr.s lawyer, I would tell him, you dont need to go back into this environment anymore, Graham explained. Youve been there for hours and hours and nothing being alleged here changes the outcome of the Mueller investigation.
I would call it a day, the senator added.

In reality, he's an adulterer, just like dad, he's a smug and arrogant little prick who slaughters unsuspecting wild animals for "sport."
And if Trump himself is the poster child for "being born on third base thinking he hit a home run" with Fred's $400 million plus, what the hell can you say about the SON of that guy?
Yes...Graham is encouraging a private citizen to ignore a subpoena, and there should be consequences for that.

And Comrade Lindsey claims to be both a lawyer and a senator instead of just a craven ass-kisser with secrets?

(16,887 posts)As an attorney and also a Senator sworn in to upholding the US Constitution, isn't this in violation to recommend someone ignore a subpoena? Did they teach Lindsay this in law school? As a JAG?
Couldn't something like this lead to be disbarred?

(21,565 posts)i'll remember that if i'm ever subpoenaed for some reason. and if the judge threatens to have me arrested i'll just have my lawyer point out that Congress says it is okay and we are all supposed to have equal protections under the law.
i'm sure it will work out FINE for me.
