Obama passed way more significant legislation and only had a Dem Congress for 2 years.

11. I totally get what you are saying.

If we had acted like Trump and McConnell, we'd have seated a lot of judges in the federal courts. The SCOTUS replacement was out our hands. McConnell was already the Senate Majority leader.

The lower and mid-level judges though, that would have been great.
