Sadly true.

I'm reading The Uninhabitable Earth by David Wallace Wells at the moment. Environmentally? Things are so much worse than we want to believe or even look at. The cascading effects of Climate Change, worse year-by-year, should be rocking us out of our shoes. Instead a sense of complacency or worse, fatalism, has enveloped the Western world. There's nothing we can do; it's not as bad as they say; the liberal elites are trying to rob us, steal our pensions and life-savings with fear-mongering.

We should be afraid. Very afraid.

It's not nice to abuse Mother (or Unborn Baby) Nature.
