WATCH: Mueller destroys Trump's claim he was vindicated

In his first remarks since being appointed Special Counsel, Robert Mueller Wednesday morning said: “it would be unfair to accuse someone of a crime” when they cannot be charged in court. He referred to standing DOJ policy.

He made clear that he did not consider charging President Donald Trump because he knew he could not indict him. Mueller also said that he found substantial evidence that the President obstructed justice.

1. Why the hell should the president be exempt from being charged?

There is nothing in the Constitution that exempts them from it. So if the president is not exempt then the president can be accused of a crime and charged in court.

The DOJ policy is a conflict of interest when they refuse to prosecute because their boss is the president.

2. Mueller clearly

made the conclusion that the President was guilty of Obstruction and IMPEACHMENT is the way to hold him accountable. Now the House must take up Impeachment resolution or be held derelict.
