5. I am just relating what he said this morning. Whether there is substance or not Nadler said this

morning that it was up to the House now, which is also effectively what Mueller said, if they want to remove Trump so he could be indicted, it is up to Congress to impeach.

Mueller is a private citizen, and Congress can call him, but he said that if it regards what he investigated, he will refer to the report.

He also made it clear that the DOJ told him that it was not Constitutional to indict a sitting President, and that is why it is up to the House to do their job.

No use debating whether a sitting president can be indicted or not, it would be a waste of time, and if it finally got before the SC, they would probably rule that you need to remove a President by impeachment first, then he could be indicted if the Senate convicted him.

I also realize you are well aware of what I am saying

but either way, whether impeaching, or calling for Mueller to testify, it is up to the House
