He did not face criminal charges. He was the defendant in a civil suit.

run interference during this whole event. Rod Rosenstein was the Gate Keeper and kept Trump informed all the way through.

DOJ policy was Violated in October of 2016 via Comey. Nothing happened. So,look no further than what Rosenstein did or not do.
