What about these possibilities?

The Democratic House brings impeachment charges against Trump. (from the Muller Report)

The Republican Senate quickly acquits him.

A.Does that mean he couldn't be charged again after he leaves office on those same charges? Wouldn't that be double jeopardy?

B. The statue of limitations is five years, wouldn't that be all the more reason for Trump want to be reelected w/ Russian (and republican cheating)? The House of Representatives must begin formal impeachment hearings asap.

C. Even when he loses he will most definitely not go quietly. What about all those other investigations going on ? This could be a real mess for years to come.
