So what is with this trend of calling for a true Patriot?

Mostly I have seen that word used by white supremacists referring to themselves and their violent movements.

Now it us showing up here. Mueller wasn't a true patriot because he didn't live up to your expectations? He never claimed to be some sort of avenging angel. We were the ones who laid that trip on him.

I grew up in the Northwoods and I live in a red state and the only time I have ever heard people use that word was when they were referring to a particular philosophy. It was a code word. (Outside of the history of the revolutionary war).

And it still is a code word where I live. And if I hear it I get the hell out of there because the people who use that word are just plain dangerous.

There is an add on YouTube that I have seen where this ex navy seal (or so he claims but could just be an actor) comes walking out 8f the woods and says "I am a Patriot."
And you know instantly that he is talking to the White Supremacists. And that is where I turn it off.

Their definition of patriot is a whole bunch different than mine.

that he has. Anything else would just be a viewpoint or an assumption and an attorney of his caliber wouldn't go there.

Congress has the information. Now they need to do their job. And I think they will - with caution. These things take a while.

Things are shifting. A lot happened just today. Actually a lot has happened just on the last couple of weeks. Even the redacted version of this report has caused some big waves. And the ball is just starting to get rolling.

report would be a good 1st step. It would be hard to testify when no one but 5 Republicans have read his entire report. It would just turn into a giant slugfest.

I think Mueller would have answered questions privately. But those public hearings just turn into a big circus. Those senators get to grandstanding and go on and on and try to ask trick questions.

And he may be called anyway. We just have to wait and see what happens next.
