So, while the right-wing pundits are insisting that impeachment will keep the Dems

from doing their jobs, conducting the country's business, why are they mum about Mitch McConnell bringing the Senate's business to a halt?

These double standards are hard to digest. The Republican's message: Don't impeach, and oh, by the way, all the bills you send to the Senate will be blocked.

They bash the Democrats for not starting impeachment yesterday and leave the Republicans alone, never pressing them to explain why they protect Trump and vow to block impeachment when it happens.

This has been going on for years. Repubs obstruct everything, then promote it as a "both sides at fault, nothing gets done" meme.

We haven't broken that one yet. Not sure we can.

I don't see any incentive for the House to continue passing bills that McConnell will ignore. At least, if the House impeaches Trump, they will be assured a good place in the history books.
