This is the most important question I have about the report that Mueller could answer.

Who lied, destroyed evidence, that prevented you from bringing forth conspiracy charges. Mueller did not say in his report there was no evidence of conspiracy. He said, insufficient evidence.

I think it save to say Manafort was one of them. What about Gates and Stone? This is why Mueller should testify, so many questions have been left unanswered.

I would also ask Mueller if he would have recommended indictment to the GJ if Trump was not Pres Jersey Devil May 2019 #3

I would like to know if and where the obstruction of justice affected the investigation into Russian interference. Splitting the report into 2 parts seems to have made any links between the 2 less obvious.

He always stops short of decisive action, then speaks out both sides of his mouth.

I know he will not answer that question because, as he explained, he believes it to be "unfair" to say that because since Trump cannot be tried, as a sitting President, he would have no way to establish his innocence. But I think that question is a fair one and one that Mueller should answer. Someone pardoned upon indictment but before trial also does not have any way to establish his innocence. Does that mean a pardon should never take place because it would unfairly taint the person's reputation?
