The luck CONTINUES, as St. Louis Judge Michael F. Stelzer blocks the closure of Missouri's lone abortion clinic.

Judges coming through thus far. But we all KNOW that we'll hit a speed-bump judge who won't be as sensible as most of the judges have been who've followed the rule of law in other very high-profiled court rulings. Me thinks Michael F. Stelzer is NO left-leaning judge, as he comes from a lineage starting with Kit Bond a Republican who was for the Equal Rights Amendment, was pro-life would at least listen and have discussions with pro-choice advocates.
