The Mueller report was written in legalese. Americans respond better to plain talk.

Most Americans throw legalese in the garbage can. Most people do not read all the legalese for their credit card. It's confusing, they just toss it away.

I would indict Trump if it were allowed. By law it is up to congress. I wish Mueller said it that way.
