Appealing to racism won't work for the GOP. They need to Manufacture it.

More thoughts on the demographic fact that the Republicans are now up to needing 65%-70% of the white vote in order to win.

By 2016 they will need 70%-75% of the white vote to win. And so on.

Unfortunately, for them, there is no racist appeal that will deliver 75% of the white vote as it exists today. White people are, in aggregate, just not that racist.

So they need to create new racist attitudes in existing or new white voters where those attitudes do not exist today.

They won't need dog-whistles. They will need puppy-mills.
