6. Want Proof...

There was two guys both in wheelchairs-the old fashion kind-that you had to use your hands to move. Now one of these guys legs was amputated above the knees and the other guy had his complete legs, even able to cross them in the Lotus position. Asked the one guy with his legs amputated above the knees, why he did not have a motorized wheelchair? and his reply was that he did not qualify for one. Two weeks later, I seen the one with his complete legs still able to cross them in the Lotus position riding his brand new motorized wheelchair and I complimented him on finally getting himself a motorized wheelchair, and he replied"Yeah, took a month to get it!"

Now the question to all of this is: which one is white and which one is black?
The one guy whose legs is amputated above the knees or the other guy with the complete legs that he can cross into the Lotus position?

I'll answer this for all who wants proof about who really loses with Medicare and Medicaid cuts.
