Do you think Bill Clinton will forcefully smack down Romney's welfare claims?

From what I'm reading, the welfare ads are working. There's no way Obama's team can compete with all the billionaires on Romney's side, which means Clinton's speech will be really important. I really hope he doesn't play the "Romney's a nice guy but..." game. Romney needs to be forcefully smacked down and called out as the liar that he is.
