I met her at a veterans' event a long time ago, and she was very nice.

But she proceeded to go on talk shows and go on and on about how a relative named 'Crapper' invented the toilet, which she apparently found very, very amusing.

I think she also was known for talking about her weird sexual excapades with one or more of her directors (which may have been one of the things that hurt her career).

If you remember Delaney fondly from 'China Beach,' it's probably best not to watch her interviews.

24. NX was a fantastic show!!!

Personally, I think Northern Exposure (NX to it's fans) was one of the very best TV Shows ever. And Turner's character, Maggie was pretty awesome too! She was a Smart, and Funny, and kinda-crazy as a very militant Women’s Lib Progressive gal. it turns out, she’s not Smart, not Funny (on purpose), and nothing close to a Progressive.

I'd heard that the Show's Everyman (Joel Fleischman, played by Rob Morrow), who was a staunch NY Republican, was actually a pretty progressive guy in real life. Casting against character, I guess.
