Quick to say that the explosion of the oil refinery in Philly is unrelated to the Iran situation.

I hope they are correct. If there is another incident like it, all bets are off. Russia is not the only country that embeds operatives.

The tri-state corridor are not aware of what is going on in Philly this morning. Probably should update OP with a link. And I agree with jberryhill -

This was nothing insidious - other than mistakes made at the site.

Every year it seems like something happens that is a hazmat issue - down the road.
