Stinky The Clown

A old, gentle song from a long time ago that really speaks to what we need right now.

Sparkly and I heard this on Sirius earlier today. We were both moved by the song, for whatever reason, even though we've heard it so many, many times over the decades since it was released. We talked about it when it was over. We agreed our side largely tries to live this. We believe, in the US, *everyone* should live this. We can certainly afford it.

Consider particularly this line:

If I'm laden at all
I'm laden with sadness
That everyone's heart
Isn't filled with the gladness
Of love for one another
