ALL public employees are sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution

The fact that these horror camps still exist is proof that this oath is just a 'formality' and not taken seriously.

Without accountability and enforcement, oaths to uphold uphold the Constitution are completely meaningless.

"One nation under God". Or the oath you take in court, "So help me God".

What if you're an atheist? I would say that these jailers are only paying lip service to the Constitution.
