The afflicted dispersed across the length and breadth of the land, chanting "Mexico will pay for the wall", "Windmills cause cancer" and "Trump is a genius". Thus spake the Deplorables and their tower of babble caused the scales to fall from the eyes of the multitudes whose apathy had given birth to His Arrogance.
And, lo---the people saw---and heard---and understood. And, they massed in great numbers to vote for NotTrump. And, the people again knew peace and dignity and honor and the Deplorables fell silent and slithered back beneath the stones from whence they'd crawled.
