Trump declares Gorka 'wins big' after clash with reporters in Rose Garden

President Trump on Friday backed Sebastian Gorka after the former White House adviser confronted a reporter in the Rose Garden a day earlier.

The president weighed in on the commotion a day after Gorka clashed with Playboy correspondent Brian Karem. Gorka got into a shouting match with the journalist, calling him a "punk" and accusing him of making a threat.

Trump has previously joked about physical attacks on reporters, including joking at a campaign rally last year that Rep. Greg Gianforte (R-Mont.) was aided in the polls because he body-slammed a reporter.

Thursday's kerfuffle took place after Trump announced in the Rose Garden that he was dropping his bid to add a citizenship question to the census. Several conservative social media personalities were seated in the Rose Garden to hear Trump's announcement, while credentialed media stood behind rope lines in the back.

He picked a fight he had absolutely no part of. The Census is Constitutionally mandated and a function of Congress PLUS the courts had already decided this. But no, Trump has to have a big hoopla for some reason and he invites this Nazi to it.

I don’t even like thinking about this. And I hope I’m wrong.

I am afraid that they’re trying to gin up some actual violence in some American cities. I think there’s more than one reason why, and plenty of different entities involved. It doesn’t seem to be just needing a distraction from scandal any longer. The stakes seem higher, for some reason.

The Nazis problem is that they can’t get enough attention on their own to distract from the Epstein level scandals. They need/feed off the clash with the other side to achieve their goals.
