Next up. tRump out on the lawn .....his way of talking to the media and we the people. He’s gesturing and talking and yammering. Loving every minute in front of the cameras. It gives him life. You can see in his face he is energized by the whole process. God, I despise him. I hate what he has done to this country. I hate that so many in this country did not have to be coerced into buying his rhetoric. We are far, far away from the ideals outlined by our Founding Fathers. They were not perfect nor was their plan perfect, hence the need for amendments. But damn, they must be spinning in their graves at what we’ve become. And in such a short time (relative to the whole time the USA has existed. )

I keep thinking that at some point the portion of Americans who buy his message of hate and division will wake the F up. But sadly, I’m seeing posts on FB from relatives and friends that they voted for him last time and intend to do it again in 2020. It breaks my heart and burns me up at the same time. I wish I could see an end point ahead, a day when the tRumpies see the light of how they've been conned. Alas, if it happens, it could well be too late to matter.

Sorry for a down post. It just reflects my feelings of hoping for 2+ years that we’d wake up one day and (like the old Dallas tv show) find out it was all a dream. An ugly, bizarre dream. Sadly, we’re still in it, if it is a nightmare. Up to our necks. 😢
