The claim is that these are to be people who have current deportation orders.

How one does that on a mass basis is yet to be seen.

Let's say that you, Joe Blow, are under a deportation order.

Law enforcement agents arrive at your last known residence and say, "We are here to arrest Joe Blow."

Naturally, you step forward and say "Oh, that's me" and hop into the back of the van, right?

No, that's not how it works. Instead, they go to your last known residence, grab anyone there, and assume it to be the person in the deportation order.
