Immigration and the 4th amendment of our bill of rights
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Amendment IV persons or things to be seized. ICE have warrants to cease persons. In other words, if someone is with someone that has a warrant, they can not be picked up as well.

2. Not how it works.
Law enforcement is free to seize other people who have broken the immigration law if they are in the area of the person they are after. If law enforcement has a warrant to look for illegal drugs in your house they are free to seize an illegal gun they find while looking for the drugs.

4. The unwarranted persons can not be seized
Only way they could, if they broke a law. For instance if drugs was found in the house.
If they are present with the warrant person, they can not be seized. They do have to divulge their name, but that is all they have to say. ICE must have proff of anyone they picked up, has a warrant, as our bill of rights states. In 1789, our whole nation was a country of immigrants. |

3. if feds have probable cause
they are actually obligated to bring that person into custody. They cannot simply ignore it. Anyone whose presence in the US is not authorized is subject to deportation, simple as that. If we are serious about winning election, we need to be on the side of DACA and people legally residing in the US; we cannot be siding with those who have deportations orders pending against them.
