and have to relieve horrific tragedy after tragedy after tragedy for so many of her lost family members with every "anniversary" someone decides is noteworthy. I guess that is the cost of being "public" but damn...It is truly a testament to her inner strength that she has managed to keep pushing forward.

True to of others in the family, but Caroline especially.

extremely close to her brother. I agree that she must have real strength. She co-authored an excellent book about The Bill of Rights, “In Our Defense: The Bill of Rights in Action.”

The ending, very sad. I remember exactly where I was when I heard about it and I couldn't believe it. Such a tragic loss. He could have been a superstar.

the old inn, the natural beauty of the island made it special and romantic. It was like yesterday to me too, the tragic, shocking end to bright young lives that had so much promise as you said SM. Close of an era.

That's a remote, beautiful area, we got close one time travelling to FL. Made it to old St. Mary's, the nearby tiny town where you have to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Peaceful and filled with nature.
